Removing stud from exhaust flange

Sorry if this has been covered, trying to finish this manifold tonight. The manifold I'm putting on is missing a stud from the flange. I planned on removing one from my broke header, but I can't seem to find a way to get it out. If anyone knows a way to get this off I would appreciate it. Thanks!

Did you try the double nut trick? Put two nuts on, tighten together, then back whole unit out with bottom nut. A little heat on flange wont hurt. Good luck

Heat is your best friend right now! Get a torch on it till it turns red.

+1 for both ideas on heat and the double nut. Apply penetrating rust buster liberally a few hours before you heat and loosen. It will come free. Also, tighten first before trying to loosen. Helps break up the rust. Work it back and forth a little at a time until it breaks free. Good luck.
