It will bolt directly in, no problem. Brakes, axles, mounting points are all the same.
Unless you know the exact mileage of the differential and how the car was treated (beat on, tons of burnouts etc), I would plan on cracking it open and inspecting the differential at a minimum. There's a good chance you'll have to get a bearing rebuild kit and/or a tlok rebuild kit. The rebuild kits run ~$80-100.
If it is a higher mileage unit I would try to negotiate a lower price. If you do a rebuild kit it may also be a good time to get different gears if it still has the factory 3.27's.
