Fuel pressure at idle should be around 35-40 and no it should not go down when you get on the throttle. I take it you're having fueling issues?

I'm getting about 35 or so at idle but when I snap the throttle it drops to about 20 and then comes back up. Pulled a couple plugs and they show its running lean. If I take off hard or keep the rpms up its mostly ok but it's during the trying to drive like a normal person that it pops and sputters. I changed the fuel pump last summer.

Yeah that's definitely not right. Do you have any codes? You may have a bad fuel pressure regulator.

No codes at all. I even made it pop and sputter for about a mile trying to make it throw one. I'll look into the pressure regulator. That or the pump isn't working as it should
