Clogged cat causing an exhaust leak

So here's the situation, I had a passenger side exhaust leak (manifold broke at the flange) for a while. After fixing it everything was great for a month, then I developed a driver's side leak which is now as bad as the passenger side leak was. Could a clogged cat be causing excessive back pressure making it the source of the problem? What is a good way to tell if my cat is clogged? Thanks in advance

The engine in my Ram is blown due to a clogged cat. It never really gave me a warning that I associated with a catalytic converter.

Check for a sulfer smell, a loss in power, and other issues.

Also pull the dipstick and smell the oil. You will know if the cat is clogged.
