Maf Sensor Torx Bit Screws

Where can I get a torx bit with the hole in the middle, so that I can remove the screws to clean the sensor? Or is there a work around to get these out. Also what type cleaner should I use.
Thanks
Steve

why are you removing them to clean it?

Just remove the entire maf from the intake tubing and spray automotive electrical cleaner on the wires.

Went to Sears

Went to Sears, and picked up a tamper related torx set . Went to Autozone and got the non residue contact cleaner. Cleaned the resistors with the spray. Seems to be running better. Will have to check the gas mileage and see if its gone back up. Thanks for all your help, guys
