nitrous gauge, how much fluid should it have in it?

it is about 70% full when it's at a 90 deg angle. it leaves some air at the top. i am guessing this is fine, but it some came out when i dropped it and popped the cap off. what could i put in there to substitute, or is this fine.

its fine, but its glycerol that is in there if you wanna fill it back up. the only reason its there is to prevent the needle from bouncing. you can even drain it if you desire

technically, you could pee in there and it would work. glycerol is just a thicker substance, so it prevents the needle from bouncing as much
