Steeda Weight-Jacker LCAs

Has anyone tried the Steeda Weight-Jacker LCAs -- http://www.steeda.com/store/-catalog/weightjackers.htm? They say they weigh 7lbs and 30% less than everyone elses. I figure by getting them, I'd save about 2lbs, and give me better traction for the holeshot? Any suggestions?

their weight won't matter man. their design and bushings (ESP BUSHINGS) are what you should be concerned about. those are adjustable (for 28" slicks) and you don't need that.

max. motorsport is the best in the business and has them for 225 or so. they are better quality (tubular) and are top notch. or you could get the steeda's but don't get the adjustables... if you are new to this like i was not many months ago, don't bother with wasting a few hundred on something you don't need. spherical bushings are badass, mine are performing great.

Well. Now that you mentioned it...

I am new to suspension! The only suspension mod I have is Steeda Sport Springs and MM swaybar endlinks. I'm getting Illumina 5-ways soon. So I should just go w/ MM LCAs and CC plates?

I'm not building a drag car... In fact, I don't drag race at all. Road racing is my thing. I'm in the process of getting a rear sway bar. I figured I'd get some LCAs, sway bar, CCs, and maybe some subframes and be pretty well off.
