Exclamation Engine Compartment Fuse Box

Alright, well I was trying to replace the positive battery cable on my 2000 today and when trying to remove the nut that holds the cable into the Fuse Box in the engine compartment, the board was bent. (Turned out whoever did the last cable before I had it (possibly the OEM cable) had overtightened the nut).

The fuse box is practically junk as none of the prongs are touching their respective fuses so I can't start the car and their is no horn. So anyways, onto my question...

1) How do you remove the board and either A) try to repair it by restraightening the prongs or B) replace the board?

2) If replacement is necessary, is the Fuse Box interchangeable with any other Fords? If so what year and models?

3) How much will a replacement unit cost?

Thanks in advance... I really need to get this fixed so I can get back up to school.

Re: Engine Compartment Fuse Box

im pretty sure only a fuse box from a mustang will work, it comes apart very carefully but you will need a pick to release the plasic tap holding each terminal in, its gonna take a while but it can be done, just look it over and you will see the clips that hold the metal in.
