Coil over suspension

Two questions. What stores, online or otherwise, carry mustang coilover kits? I can find places to peice stuff together, but I don't know what I'll I need, so all in one kit would be best, probably.

Question Two, Coil overs have much softer spring rates than regular springs. What spring rate for a coil over would be comparable to, say ford C springs at 650 LB-IN..

Any ideas?

the rates are softer because the spring placement and angle changes, so there is less leverage to compress the spring, making a less firm spring seem just as firm

I realize that, what I was asking is what the comparison is, I have ford C springs right now, and they have a 650 Lb rate. What spring rate for a coil over would get me the same stiffness. I know it will be lower, I just don't know by how much? Should I look for a 100Lb spring? 300? What?
