You should re-use the rubber one that came with the car. Mine had a screen on it if that helps you.

If you need a new one I am sure your local ford dealer can get you one for 10 bucks at most. (estimate)

I doubt ford would sell a part for a CAI. That gasket comes in CAI kits.

Thats not like a ford part (i believe anyway).

No, it is a Ford part. It's OEM or whatever you wanna call it.

Why dont they use it?
I dont see how it is, but like i said i didnt know. Thats just me, seeing as how the maf sits in its housing theres no need for that gasket. So thats kinda weird.
But now you know where to try MCgrail Call your local ford dealer and ask.

I have a local motorcycle shop in town that can cut gaskets (exception of head gaskets) for real cheap.

I'd ask around and see could cut one for you.
