Aluminum Flywheel (dont hurt me)

I have seen many compassionate post on wether aluminum flywheels are a good thing or not. Has anyone done a dyno before and after the mod to see what the real # are for HP and TQ? Also where can you buy one and I think i heard once that our Aluminum flywheel is simmilar or the same to a 5.0, is that true?

no, not same flywheel.

there was an old MM&FF article about comparing alum vs steel and then track times. cant remember exactly, but i think it came out even. steel helped up top, but alum helped down low. steel holds the rev while shifting and alum is great for off the line quick revving. not worth it on v6 mustangs though. dont worry about it
