headers

Well I had me a nasty eye injursy that has given a week off from work. So today me and my friend are installing the headers. Actully he is doing the work I am just standing around watching. Both stock manifolds are off. He. Is about to install the shorties

ok header are in bolted up. but i have a check engine light. not sure why need help. car feels very gut less

gutless because of the light....engine is in failure mode....meaning it is protecting itself due to a bad system reading.

Odds are, it is because you have a massive leak before the O2 sensors...or in the EGR system. Get the code number (my guess is 1131 or 1151 or both)....

No Leaks, the back spark plug wire on the driver side was not on all the way. fixed that minor boo boo. However the check engine light is still on. Took the car for a test run man way better sound and does she hual major ***. Performs way better then stock.

the install took a while but here are some tips. remove the front tires to have better movement under the car and drop the h/x-pipe for extra clearnce.
