Is there a warranty on the supercharger?
If so i would say that is a good deal for the parts being they are brand new.

WOULD YOU SAY THIS IS A GOOD DEAL CAUSE THE AD FOR THE SUPERCHARGERS SAY YOU DONT HAVE TO UPGRADE ENGINE SINCE ITS ONLY 6-7PSI BUT IT SAYS ANYTHING ABOVE YOU REQUIRE MORE MODS | an 8.8 rear end for 6-7lbs...r u serious. 3.73 swap with a good trac-lok, i can see that. but a full 8.8 swap is a bit of over kill unless you are plan'n on run'n 14lbs. or more. im run'n 11lbs. on a 308c.i. with a 7.5 and no problems. it's just my opinion. its like put'n an 8pt cage in a geo metro...sure it's great to have, but do u really need it??? with only 6-7lbs. i dont think you are anywhere near pushing the performance envelope of a 7.5 unless you are planning on turning it into a 500+hp v6. im sure someone will correct me if im wrong.

If you're really good on the stick, you might even beat the occasional Probe GT.

I was interested in this set up myself. There are alot of guys on mustangforums.com that have the X Charger set up. There suppose to be making about 300-305RWHP and they say its instant. So Im sure a stock 05+ mustang GT it would beat. Then again a GT with bolt on mods, prolly wouldnt. There arnt alot of great numbers with it though. There is alot of talk online about a Intercooler for it so that would be great. Just google the X Charger and youll see all kinda talk about it and like I said the guys on that site have alot of input.
If I get mine, Im getting it through Steeda cause I dont like the K&N intake. As far as a 8.8 rear. I dont think you would need it. There are a couple guys with older V6s with cams, heads, turbos pushing over 400hp with 7.5, t-lok and gears and there ok.. Unless you have that extra money I wouldnt worry about.
