Lightbulb Exhaust Help

Hey guys I currently have Pypes V6 Mustang Dual Pipe Conversion Kit from AmericanMuscle.... But its not the sound I'm looking for as well as I cant get long tube headers with this set up
Im working on re-doing everything using MAC long tube headers, Mac off road h-pipe, and flowmaster 40' mufflers

My question and concern is were do I go to find the tubing to complete this set up?
Were could I purchase the Flow Tubes and Tailpipes that will fit?

Sorry for the silly questions I'm still kinda fresh to the mod world

Thanks

Re: Exhaust Help

Yeah, order a GT catback kit and you will have all of your tubing.

Or, you could buy the mufflers and just take it to an exhaust shop and have them fill in the blanks for you.

how would I be able to do that myself? would I just need to buy the extra hangers?
or they have to be custom made for the passenger side?

Re: Exhaust Help

I went to a muffler shop and had them make me an X-pipe and hangers for my kit. cost me 200 for everything. Should be less for an install for your car since there is no major fabbing involved. Call around and see how much. I think american muscle sales a V6 tru-dual hanger kit. You could also call Flowmaster to see how much they sale V6 hanger kit.

Re: Exhaust Help

i reccommend staying away from muffler shops or you are going to get junk, ask kyle, you can run factory gt front and rear hangers, the holes are already in the car, then run a gt catback. i did a buddys car like that and it was a factory looking install and his exhaust never fell off or got loose like the muffler shop istall WILL do.

Re: Exhaust Help

your car has the holes off the assembly line, you just need the clips and hangers. gonna cost about $100 for all of them.ill even let you paypal me the money and ill mail you everything you need if you agree you want to do it right, ghetto exhaust is a petpieve of mine. im tired of fixing kyles mutey muffler bull**** when he could have bought a real kit and never had to deal with it again.

Re: Exhaust Help

I have side exit exhuast and my kit was missing the hangers. so that why my hangers had to me made for my car. The shop I go to does used factory style bolt on hangers for rear exit exhuast. I too have seen some pretty nasty ghetto *** weld jobs. if you decide to the muffler shop route ask around first and if possiable look at the work they do.
