Full engine treatment

Does the full engine treatment from Wal-Mart work or does someone have a better suggestion??

What are you talking about

A can of something you put in your car or a service Wal-mart provides????

Nah just use Full Synthetic Oil and you will be fine...

OK then I will have to agree with Brent. Use Synthetic Oil dont waste your money on additives

Yup, I got a 5 quart thing of synthetic Mobil 1 5w30 from walmart for under 20 bucks.
