Caster/Camber Plates...will they be a problem with this?

My '86 has a strut brace that end up in plates that are bolted to the original camber adjustment bracket on top of the strut, no drilling was required. Have tried to figure out which brand it is but no label or marks anywhere. This brace was installed back in 1993 by the previous owner of the car and, has hold the front chassis very well, would like to keep it.

Now, which caster/camber plates could be used with a strut brace of this type ? I ask, because the offerings I see could create a clearance problem with the hood. Doesn't matter the brand I just need to be able to adjust the caster angle on the right side and keep the strut brace, it's a little off spec and that front tire is always the first one to go.

Any information is appreciated...Thanks.

hmmm pics may help. I know fox bodies are kind of a pain, maximum motorsports design on those years does not include an off set camber peice, my friend could not get a good adjustment with his until he messed with the strut mounts on the knuckle.

If you are worried about it you can alter the strut a bit where it mounts at the bottom to help adjustments.

Try to get some good pictures so we can see the exact issue.

worst case scenario...might need to drill a hole in the brace?

most aftermarket 3 bolt cc plates take up about the same space and location as the stockers

True....and I have 4 bolts and they only take up that extra 2 inches on the side with the 4th bolt.
