pony won't gallop

I've just rebuilt my 89 GT, it's new from front to back minus a few sensors.
I have fuel at the rail getting to the injectors and good spark at the plugs. the vehicle turns over fine but will not start. The injectors are new but will not spray. I've checked wiring and all grounds and connections seem to be okay. just thought someone might have experienced this same problem

Re: pony won't gallop

Check your fuel pump, have the door open, lean out a bit, and hit the key on, if you hear a whine/whir from the back of the car, you're set there and need to move on to check other things..
If you don't, check the fusible link D, the fuel pump relay, and the inertia switch, an ohmmeter is your best friend on this one, use a paperclip for the inertia switch (if it's set, and you have power to it -) as for the relay, try swapping with a good known relay (IE a new one or one that works on another circuit..)
If your fuel pump comes on, check the red wires to each injector for voltage, it should have voltage available any time the key is on, the circuit is closed by the PCM..
Is the PCM properly connected?

That's where I would start..
