x-pipe

how do I get around the o2 sensors for the cats when putting an off road x-pipe on my 95 gt. I don't want the check engine light to always be on, wondering if there is a reasonably priced performance chip or a MIL eliminator like you can get for the 96-04 mustangs to keep the check engine light off. Thanks for the help

Re: x-pipe

it seems MIL eliminators tend to kinda work~ lol not 100% fix. I had mine turned off in the tune with my hand held SCT.

Re: x-pipe

I don't think your car will throw a code since it's a '95 model

Re: x-pipe

btw, I had a '92 OBD1 and the converter started to rattle so I gutted it and reinstalled it and no light. I put 250k on that motor.

Re: x-pipe

It's a matter of personal opinion. I like the X pipe sound and my wife prefers the H pipe sound. Hence why I have an X and she has an H.
