BIG +1, silentnoise... couldnt have said it better myself.

Those altezzas look horrible on that notch IMO, theres not much worse of a way to mess up a nice car, or a rough one than to add some stuff like that. I personally think that with few exceptions, there is nothing better than the stock lenses, or some made by the OEM that fit a car. I am quite biased, but the 93 cobras or 83-86 tails are my fave too.

Damn, we go from taillights to tailpipes... full circle, lol. I dont like dumps, becuase they tend to roar back into the cabin, as well as blowing dust all over the place everytime you start the car. i love my stock tailpipes, and when i re-do the exhaust next time, there WILL be tailpipes.

Stock looks better. And what are those thingies sticking out the back? Are those tips??? I haven't seen a foxbody with tips in YEARS. Dumped here, and if they weren't they'd turn down behind the axle.

To each his own I guess.....
mac headers, bbk xpipe, mac cat back, 24inchx4inch! chrome tips..freakn'n huge and loud...i luv it..so do the police..lol..i have law enforcement personalized plates so i don't get hasseled at all...i too do not like the dust associated with dumps...and the xtra cabin noise...not sure if it would make a differnce with the macs though. i bought this 90gt off of craigs list for my g.f....and that's were my factory lenses went, cause her g.t's were cracked up. i bought a motor, fenders, dash parts, and radiator and the alteezas came with the deal..i paid $130 for all, and yall know the alteezas retail for more than that. besides, after i "finaly" pull my blower outa the box no one will see them anyway...lol

There's tons of people out there who beg to differ.

The only reason it "rumbles" in the cabin is because someone didn't point the turn downs out a little. Sounds a hundred times better IMO. The ONLY time the notch sees dusty areas is at the drag strip. Sides, I like blowing dust everywhere .

Re: taillight question

i'd have to agree with BBunt! (well I usually do)
plus i got seriously sick of being pulled over every 3-4 weeks when I had dumps... they know those guys are up to no good

the 185's with 10.2:1, 2-chambers and custom cam should make alot of noise too... maybe too much
should be up and running in about a month!
