Coolant Leak?

Hello again.

I recently asked how to replace a water pump. Well I got a closer look at it and it doesn't look like the water pump is leaking. It more just looks like it's coming out of the bottom of the engine block near where the pulley is.

What would be causing this? Or am I just completely wrong in thinking that it is not the water pump?

Here are the pictures of where I think the leak is. The first one has stuff I added. It is just a view from underneath the car. The highlighted area in the first one is where I believe the leak is coming from.

The second picture is just a picture without all my added stuff so maybe you can get a better look!

If you cant see the pictures the link to them is here!

Take your pullies off and look to see if the hole is leaking there. If its not leaking there then its not your water pump.

Pic is only for reference.
