Im having problems finding a tuner or chip?

My name is vince I have a 94 cobra with stock lower end and edelbrock upper (heads, intake, cam, throttle body) 75mm mass air / 24lb injectors, pulleys, bassani headers with full off-road exhaust with x-pipes, MSD ign, distributor.... All I need now is to have it tuned, is there a company that has a decent tuner or chip or will I have to have it custom tuned on a dyno? Thanks
