91 lx 2.3 to 5.0

Hello to all.
I am new to this so please excuse me if this question has been asked a couple of hundred times.

I have a 91 LX 2.3 that i want to switch to a 5.0. I have recently acquired a 88 GT 5.0. It is wrecked in the front but nothing happened to the motor from what i can tell. the front fenders, clip, grill and rear end are missing. It appears to have everything else. I bought it off of a guy for $125 hoping to switch the motors.

What i am asking is what all will i have to do to pull this off. Don't have all the money in the world but i am willing to buy what is needed. Thanks in advance.
