Yeah it's the 80, they must have upgraded the front end... But the body is in pretty darn good shape for $500 and he says it runs

That's why it's going to be a drag car, Only thing I don't like about the 79-85 models is the dash.. So were going to strip it out and make our own

Nope, doing a swap with the convertible and turning the 80 into a drag car

It's an early 80s model. I can tell by the chrome molding around the windows and quarter glass. They painted those black in like 82 or 83 I believe. Looks like you have a pretty good donor there my friend. FYI... I may have some engine parts for sale in the near future. ( I may just sell my complete 347 if the price is right.)Things like a ported GT40 lower intake, equal length Mac headers, ported GT40x heads with 5 angle valve job, Crane 1.6 Roller Rockers. Steeda Tri ax shifter for T5 trans. Custom ground Crower roller cam. specs are a secret! Lol but I have them. Power band from 1,800 - 6,250 RPMs. All the top end parts have about 3k miles on them. Never raced or abused. I may even have a practically brand new UPR x pipe, and brand new Dynomax Ultra Flo mufflers in my garage as well. I'll let them go at a great price. Since you're right up the road, I thought maybe you'd be interested at some point. Give me until around April or May for the Engine parts.
