Who here as the most modified car I'm not talkin that you changed the wheels or you put in a cam I'm talkin big stuff like I for one have done a carb to efi swap on my 79 pace car with standalone efi and has a turbo. Also did a 4 to 5 lug conversion with disk brakes all the way around as well as a 3.73 rear gear with posi. Not major mods but seems like a bunch from what I've read on the site. And also have after market gauges all of them not just oil pressure and temp I got oil temp fuel and volts as well as tach and speedo and also boost guage. Let me know who else has what thanks.

I have maybe 2000 dollars in my car including the price of the car so if you shop around and know how to do stuff then it doesn't cost much

It does on newer cars, though I managed to spend a lot on my 1996 I had as well.

I learned a while back the more deep into mods you go the more problems you have lol. I dont need any more power nor want any~ I do enjoy modding though just gotta figure out something else to do.

I have plans to get another 4 eye car when taxes come in here in about a week or so, but we have to see what happens. She likes to talk sh** and call me out about running them, but we al know what's up! Love the "suck it" sig pic too btw!

Re: Most modified

I've done the 5-lug swap to cobra all around. 3.73's swapped from auto to 5 speed, went from 4-cycl to 331 ci stroker EFI, running electric fan setup controlled by factory computer that is steet tuned with tweecer and wideband.

but im with spec, sometimes less is more.. if I had to do it over again.

check out my signature. my car is a (92 notch) 4cy to efi v8 conversion..supercharged and ive done everything myself including building the motor. swaped t-5 to a racing aod. ive done all my own tuning..ive got umpteen sets of injectors, computers, and mass air meters to prove it...lol. i do all my own head porting..no 5 angle valve jobs..but i do the runners, pop out the valves and port the bowls.

ive got the a-pillar gauges (who doesnt). lotsa stuff ive forgotten bout already.

When I bought my car, it had no engine, no transmission, no driveshaft, a hole cut out for a fuel cell in the back hatch, so on and so forth. It was basically a shell with a rear end in it.

What's wrong with the 2.3 John huber is running in the 8s with a 79 hatch and a 4 banger in my opinion the 2.3 is a better engine as I have had both but that is just my opinion look up John on YouTube if u get a chance.

nothing wrong with it at all, the svo turbo's are nice, i've seen a few 400+ hp setups in person myself, its just that if you want a v8 fox, the only way to get a decent one used to be to buy a 2.3 and convert it... now its a little different as some of the good v8's are starting to sell.
