Really two oil plugs - Mustang Evolution

Just curious while pulling out my tranny saw what looks like two oil plugs on the oil pan. Is there really two? Sorry it's a 94 5.0

yea I think the 5.0's have two I believe.

Yes. That is exactly the case. One in the front of the pan, one in the rear.

Yes there are 2 and you gotta drain the oil in both when doing an oil change other wise you have almost a qt or so of the old still there

yeah........try doin' an oil/filter change on it on the ground w/no ramps or jack stands...IT'S A *****!!!!!!!!!

My 2000 isn't even lowered and it's physically impossible for me to do it without jacking it up. The bright side is that once you jack up the front it makes the car angle and all the oil vacates quickly. And for any newbs USE JACK STANDS. Do not get under car without them. 20 dollar investment that you will use again can spare your life. I have seen hydraulic jacks fail or if a seal has a slow leak it will compress. Be safe guys. Dying over an oil change or any under car work isn't worth it.

I could probably do it like that on the vert, but the Cobra, that thing sits way too low to even slide under it at all.
