inb4 Everett's blower comments.

I would suggest building the bottom end, Heads, cam, Intake, and Forced Induction.

Spray is safe for the most part. U need to make sure you have enough fuel supply. Not enough fuel to the solenoids and boom.

My friend use to have a stock bottom end, stock h/c with a cobra lower, bread box upper, a nos big shot 250hp kit and never blew anything up. We used to go street racing 3 nights a week for years. You need to run a gss340 255 lph high pressure in tank pump, atleast 24 lb injectors, good ignition so all that dope doesn't blow out the spark, the timing needs to be retarded alot, cold plugs, and most importantly the right tune. I forgot to mention that when tuned for nitrous the car runs bad on the motor.

500 whp with a stock block. Wouldn't risk it. As far as building the bottom end, I have a friend stock block built bottom end and a vortec blower and he putting down 450rwhp. But you have the chance of driving around and cracking the
Block. If you here of anyone with more than 450 on a stock block he's been very lucky so far.

Re: Whats the easiest way to 500hp

I've seen over 450 to the tire on a daily driven stock block fox first hand. It its possible but I agree wit most here, around 450 is the limit. I have seen cars making 500 ish at the crank split down the middle. Revs pay a role but the thing its that a stock 5.0 block has some weak *** webbing. They split right down the middle in a sweet *** fire ball, unless you are driving of course its not so sweet.Pp
