help with new heads?

I want to get heads for my 91 lx. My engine is stock but i plan on getting a cam and other stuff. What do you recomend?

If u on a budget under a 1000 get u some gt40s or something. But I'm a big fan of trick flow twisted wedge and afr heads. Some trickflow 170s or 190s would wake that pony up with a matched intake

You shouldnt with a stock cam. Im pretty sure you'll be running 1.6 roller rockers so u outta be all good

So i cant put cams if i upgrade the heads? If so whats better cams or heads?

Depends on the cam. You should always measure the piston to valve clearance though since every engine is slightly different.

If you're on a budget, Trick Flow has an entire heads, cam and intake package that is reasonably priced and is designed to work well together. It also comes with all the little things you need like gaskets and bolts.

As he said. They five u everything u will need in one package. Sticking with the same brand is always better than putting 5 different brands on. Trick flow package runs around 2500 from late model restoration

Sorry its my first 5.0. How do u measure the distance and how would you know if u need new pistons?
