Using a sumped tank

So I'm building a 89 fox and I acquired a summed tank from a trade my question is should I use a external pump or a in tank pump and where can I buy covers for the hole for the in tank pump thanks

You would need an external fuel pump to draw fuel from bottom of sump. An in tank fuel pump will work but it defeats the purpose of having a sump.
