As far as I know, it's just a changed rear axle. But I'm sure someone will chime in with a good answer.

The front is very easy. Just pull brake caliper and bearings and and through the five lug disk on it, the back u will just switch the 4 lug axle shafts to five lug or buy one already done. Late model restoration has kits for 450

Re: 4-5 bolt

There are several ways to go about this.

1) Buy something like the LRS kit mentioned above. BEWARE! Only certain wheels will work with this kit. LRS has a list on their site.

2) Buy the same parts used for the LRS kit from the junkyard. This involves piecing together different rear axles, front rotors, etc. from different models of Ford vehicles. Cheaper, but a little more time and research required. Once again... BEWARE! The same list of wheels will work with this kit.

The problem with the above two options is obviously the limited list of wheels that work. It's a problem with clearing the stock Fox-body spindles.

3) Buy 94-95 spindles, rotors, calipers for the front. Then buy either a rear axle kit or get the correct rear axles (off a Ranger I believe) from the junkyard. This is the route I recommend and the one I used personally. I bought some 94-95 spindles from a junk yard, had new ball joints pressed in, bought some 99-04 PBR calipers and rotors, and then bought a 5-lug rear axle kit from a Ford dealership.

If you decide to piece together the rear axles from a junkyard, be careful that you are getting the correct axles. The wrong axles (ex: the 94-04 rear axles) will be too long and will make your rear wheels stick further out of the rear fenderwells.

4) Buy a complete 5-lug and brake upgrade kit such as the "Cobra" kit or the Baer kit. Very expensive, but you will also end up with front and rear rotors instead of drums in the rear and better front rotors.

If you can give us an idea of which option sounds more interesting to you, I can give you more information.

I was thinking about just getting the 95 rear axle and possibly just upgrading my front discs as I have new pony rims off of a 08 stang and want to find a cheap but also efficient way to do it rather then it jut fall apart on me but I also don't want to loose my posi rear as I'm not sure if the 95's have the same gears not limit slip

Re: 4-5 bolt

I was just about to order the kit and keep rear drum myself until I found out the wheel I wanted wont work with it. May have to go the full 5 lug disc front and rear route myself. It is way more money but may just sping for it and do it right the first time.

It will "work". The axles will be .75" wider on each side. This will be an issue if you try to run 9" wide rims. With 8" rims it shouldn't be an issue.

Also, the '08 rims are going to be the totally wrong offsets. They have offsets more similar to FWD cars. I'm not sure you will be able to use them on a Fox. I've seen people do it on the SN95s, and it didn't look quite right then.
