Well I'm getting a little closer to being able to drive her! It's been a long while since I took on this endeavor but I'll get it all done some day...

Re: Vortech Arrived Today!!!

i was check'n out your pics... are you running under 6psi? im askn cause i noticed stock valve covers on your car. at sum point you may wanna upgrade to a set of valve covers that have vents/pcv on both covers. this will keep the pressure down inside the motor and reduce the amount of oil that will find it's way into your intake (common issue with s/c vehicles).

A vortech on a 5.0 fox is one of the most fun cars possible on the street. Congrats!

Re: Vortech Arrived Today!!!

Here is a system I found on the net a while back.
I can't verify that it works because I have not installed it on my car yet, but it looks like it should work just fine.

Thanks for the info. I didn't know about that! I am going to be running low boost for now but unsure what it will be? It's a low boost kit but I have all induction pieces upgraded so it might be a little higher than 6psi. I will definitely change them when I up the pressure along with my injectors and fuel rail.

in case the instructions dont tell u. dont hook the pcv vent tube that goes from throttle body to oil fill/vent tube on valve cover. block off tube at throttle body... leave the tube on the valve cover open/vented.
