When building the Windsor, you'll want a forged rotating assembly, and LOW compression. Then the usual things as far as good flowing heads and intakes some nice cams that are well suited for a turbo.
There is only one cam in a 5.0
And I would go ahead and find a 351W block. The stock block 302's aren't like the modulars, after about 450 whp, the life expectancy of the block is close to nill.
