Smog pump delete

I have underdrive pulleys with an a/c delete,but still have the smog pump..im goin to get rid of that as well and was wonderin the best way to plug the the back of the heads when I remove the tube?..

You can get it welded off, I just kept the smog pump on and got a shorter belt that bypassed it on mine.

Cool...i suck at welding,but thats what friends are for!...i think im going to get the delete pulley I like the extra room in the engine bay!!..
But just for kicks do you know the belt # you're running?...might do that for now...

Trojan horse has some belt size charts, I went and looked but didn't see a number. You can get one of them floppy sewing measure tapes at walmart for like a buck, at 20ish bucks a belt you will wanna get it right the first time lol, you can bypass and take all the other smog crap off, that is the sucky part though, choosing belts afterwords. I have no rubbing issues neither. I run underdrive pulleys and also threw on a sn95 alternator that had a bigger pulley.

I'm not 100% sure, but if I remember correctly two 5/8" x 11 thd short bolts will seal up the holes in the heads.

That is correct! Just put some in mine a few weeks ago.

5.0 Belt Lengths
1985-1993 Mustangs
These are recommended belt lengths for stock pulleys on 85-93 5.0 Mustangs.

Nice!...by the looks of that ill just plug the heads with bolts,remove the smog pump all the plumbing,and just run the shorter belt!..
Save myself a few $$$ on the delete pulley!...
