94 aode to t5 neutral safety switch???

Hey everyone just finished up a conversion from aode on a 94 gt to a t5 from a 95 donor car. I want to return the car to my customer but with all the neutral safety plugs in at the pedels 3 im pretty sure and the harness from the t5 out of the 95 the car will start without having the clutch on the floor (NOT SAFE). I've unplugged all the plugs at the pedals and still it starts............I just read a thousand posts on how the converted cars will not start but this one starts regardless. I'm guessing I have to break the crank circuit and feed the neutral saftey switch at the pedals.....B4 doing this has anyone come across this problem. I appreciate any help!

Under the dash by the pedals is a plug with a jumper wire plugged into it. You will need to remove the jumper and plug it into the clutch pedal safety switch.

The auto wire harness will have the jumper at the location where the manual would have the clutch switch. The body harnesses are the same between the auto and man trans.
