Vaccuum Line Question

could a unpluged vaccuum line cause the air to only blow out were the defrost comes out?

It's a little black hose off the vacuum tree that runs under the dash to a vacuum plug.

never mind i found what the annoying a** problem was, the guy before me is a complete idiot i have now just reliezed, looks like when he installed the radio in the car he pulled out a couple lines from behind the glove box, i hooked them up and turned the car on and it took me a second to actually releize cold air was coming out the vents, and all the dust blew all over me lol but it was worth it!
