What size?

Ok, right now I'm having some drivability issues and not sure why? I'm kinda leaning towards injector sizing but don't know for sure...
The motor is a 347 with a h/c/i upgrade and 75mm tb and mass air with 30lb injectors, it's n/a but the previous owner ran no2 through it for a couple of years and the only problem I remember him having was a cooling problem, which it still has but anyway, when I try to give it anymore than part throttle it bogs and spits and sputters and only does that while driving? I can rev it with no problem...
I know I've got enough fuel to the rail but don't know if I have a bad injector, or too big of an injector or the TPS is maybe bad....any input would be appreciated very much!

I forgot to mention that it smells like it's running rich as hell...and has a little pop in the exhaust when it's cold...maybe it could be the plugs, wires or msd unit not putting out enough spark....I'm kinda thinking the cooling problem is related but could be wrong!

40 PSI fuel pressure should be ok, but you can back it down to 38 and see if that makes a difference.

White smoke - means you are burning water or coolant.

Grey, Blue smoke - means you are burning oil

Black smoke- indicates too much fuel, which is not being burned.

I'm wondering if you don't have an injector that is sticking.
Or possibly some leaking valves that seal up a bit better when it warms up.

I have a new set of injectors so I'll just go ahead and replace them and see if that helps a little with the running rich and my wife said that its blowing white smoke when I get on it so I bet I have a blown head gasket and that's what's causing the cooling problem!!!
While I have the intake and heads off I'll put on the adjustable pressure regulator and back the pressure down a bit!
Do you think that I would have to tune it with all the mods I have?

I'd bet you have a blown head gasket too.
While those heads are off I would do a valve job on them and replace the valve seals just to be sure they are sealing up properly.
Make sure your MAF sensor matches your injectors.
Your fuel pressure my be ok at 40. I would test it before changing.
You may or may not "have" to tune it, but I would to get the most out of what you have.
