rear seat delete question

Does anyone kno what is all needed to make the rear seat delete kit I have a ton of plywood at home that is just sitting around I was wondering if anybody can tell me what else is needed so I could save a lil money and use up some extra crap laying around.

And would anyone happen to have the instructions that id need to put it in.

+1
You would be better off using pegboard.
It's already drilled and lightened, plus it's strong enough to hold up well.
