Idle problems need some help

My 95 5.0 is starting to idle pretty rough like when im at a stop light or sign not sure what the issue is?

Plugs, wires, cap and rotor, or fuel filter. One or a couple of those is more than likely your problem.

U think my air control system could be geting clogged also?

Check your EGR valve for proper operation and clean if needed.
