what to do...?

I have a 95 5.0 auto w/ full bolt on that is daily driver...now I Jus don't know what to do I'm going to college but working on a internship now so ill have plenty of cash (maybe 6 grandif I'm lucky to spend give or take) to spend but don't know what I should do...first option is to do a complete turbo kit on it with forged internals and build bottom end and get tranny to hold all that power,(I have a e cam and heads and a intake to throw on there too) but that will be costly to do all that. Second option is to do Jus looks with rims and a complete suspension witch I already have and head lights and change up exhaust with long tubes and prolly diff mufflers and save what ever is left over. Then another option is to sell and/or trade car and everything with it and some cash for a 03,04 cobra...I don't really know what I should do. it is my only car and is my daily driver prolly 400 miles a month. Can I get some opinions on my predicament this is my first mustang had it over a year and did everything to her my self...is there someother options I could do to it? I am open to any and all suggestions

You don't have enough money to properly do a twin turbocharged engine.
Concentrate on the HCI and suspension mods is my recommendation.

I would do some gears if it hasn't been done yet as well.

If you put power adders on the car Then you will need to be ready to fix things when they break.

I lost about 1-2 mpg at worst doing my h/c/i. I would go ahead and install it now.

For the cam yes, I know someone can tell you which stall is best, I believe it's somewhere around a 2500 or less stall.

Re: what to do...?

for 6k you wont be able to build the motor and do a turbo system

I personally would save the money and when you get done determine where your priorities are

Me personally, i would go ahead and buy a v6 as a new Daily Driver. 6 grand buys a fairly nice one. Put the 5.0 in storage as a weekend cruiser, upgrade it at your own desire, and be the proud father of twins. Thats just me though.

Once you install the camshaft it becomes necessary.

It will run and move, but it may lunge when you are stopped with it in gear, and it will be sluggish taking off.

You will have to find the specs on the cam and see if it requires a stall convertor for automatic cars.

Unfortunately that is usually the case.
That's why it pays to thoroughly research whatever project or mod you are thinking of undertaking.

If I were to do it in stages, would I install cam and converter first...or heads and intake?

I would really do all four at once. It saves time and money by not having to do things twice.
