Shifter

Which is preferred for a street occasionally driven car, and plusses and minuses for both, pro 5.0 or mgwltd.com's

Re: Shifter

I use the Pro 5.0 and it has never given me any problems for over 10 years now.
A lot of people like the MGW because you can adjust the angle of your shifter knob, but that's about all I know about them.

That would be a good choice.
I wonder about the durability of the MGW.
More parts = more things to fail IMO and the 90 degree angle of the shifter knob arm attachment is an uncertainty to me.

Note: I didn't really like the short shifter arm on my Pro 5.0, so I modified my stock shifter arm to fit.
I have short arms though and limited upper body mobility.
If you have a longer reach it may suit you just fine.

I have long arms and it works perfect for me. I'll let you drive my car mike to get a feel for it if you want.
