That would try my nerves, people with little understanding of the differences telling you what you don't have.

Never in life.. I'd never do that, as true Mustang ppl would know and they're the ones that would matter to me?? I've actually considered getting a V6 bumper for my GT, and painting the bottom section dark grey just to screw with ppl.

Like the taillights on 94-95 cars these are the small things that separate our cars from the other SN95's.. Just my opinions

True words to me, why mess with the originality of something like that. May not look the best but definitely sets it apart.

Ever since I shaved the 5.0 badges off my fenders I've have complete strangers come up to me asking if I've driven the "New 5.0"? I tell 'em, Nah, what's that like?
All I'm saying is, if your gonna come at somebody and grill them about their mustang, at least be able to tell the obvious differences between the six's and GT's my friend has an '11 V6 and he's damn proud of it! It's disrespectful when people act like it's a joke. Especially since he can run down a stock '10 GT. Lol, that's no joke!

Putting a 'Cobra' bumper on a 94-95 Cobra is like GT badges in a 6, or snakes on a GT.. IMO..

ok guys, wut do u do if your car is homemade like mine?

original 96 v6 body with running pony on the fenders...

96 gt wheels

blown 302 making 450 at the wheels

mono color bumper with dual exhaust.

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

its not a "factory" gt..... do i put gt badges on it?

its not a v6.... do i leave the running ponies on the fender?

do i say fuk it, and put "5.0" badges on it?

do i paint the bottom strip black of the rear bumper so it at least resembles a v8?

do i put cobra badges or svt badges on it since itsa bastard stang anyway?

or put a slogan in the vent window that says,"hand assembled with pride in ohio"?

so the question is... how relavent is misbadgeing a stang thats homemade?

.....let the trash talkn begin....

When it's a home made bastard you may badge it as you see fit, actually you may badge any Stang as YOU see fit because it's yours(no matter if you built it or not). In your situation I personally would do several of those things including something you did not mention, which I won't mention because I'm going to do it to mine lol u say have at it!!!

Mine was a 4 banger. I'll never stick a 5.0 badge on it. If they are dumb enough to not know then we shouldn't be talking about mustangs

If it's a sixxer with gt badges it's irritating. You have a v8 pushrod so I would put the 94-95 gt badges on or leave the v6 ponies.
