Update:
After some further overheating issues, I finally changed radiators.

With that, I'm going to go ahead and say that the swap is complete. Still working out a few bugs, but it's all there.

I have a feeling that this car will always be a project; one that I will continue to enjoy!

Thanks all for your help and support.
If I have any more questions I'll just start a new thread, as I already have.. Haha

More pics to come when I get on a computer.

Glad to hear you are getting it sorted out.
Yes, they are "always a project". That's what makes them so much fun to own and tinker with.

Dyno tune would be the best so you can get the most power and best drivability out of you set-up! I have a 94 gt myself and about to get it dyno tuned and my egr is removed as well and the check engine light comes on on me and I am getting tired of that little light being on haha
you need to get an egr simulator. i got mine from ebay for like 18 buks. plugs into the egr harness, and keeps the cel off. not to mention the car runs better cause the egr isnt in open loop which will effect your overall fuel mapping

Wish I had known that way back when, had caps on the tubes and just lived around the CEL

you still gotta cap and disconnect the egr components. it just cures the open loop problem with the pcm. which helps your idle and general fuel mapping up to about 2800rpm or so. i learned bout them a long time ago. i disconeected mine and it ran like pure shiiiit. so then i reconnected the sensor, and then learned bout the simulator.

again, you can still reconnect the sensor to the plug and let it dangle on the intake just to get it to run and idle better till u get a simulator. while still having the rest of the egr components disconnected

im running foxbody headers and exhaust on my 97, so i understand
