Lowering kit how-to

I have a 90 GT that I'm gonna lower and I'm wondering if there is any good kits and how to videos and how large of rims and tires I can go max?

I would run 17or18" x 8 in the front and with your quad shocks still on a 17or18" x nine with a 275 width tire. Without the quad shocks you can run a 10" wide wheel in the back with a 315 width tire.

you can read the how to article we have here, its for 94-04 but the Fox bodies are about identical, very close.

The issue will be the stock springs in the fox are MUCH harder to remove and install... you will need a spring compressor, a nice 4 letter word vocabulary, and a friends help.
