I don't think you will find a book on engine "swaps" per se.
The Haynes or Chilton manuals will have engine RR, but not swapping from say a V6 to a V8.
Your best bet for that scenario is to search for an online article written by someone who has done it.

Well my main issue is , I have help doing it, just when I'm removing all my smog stuff I just want to know everything that is part of the smog and remove it like the smog , hoses, egr...

It would be best to probably buy a manual for the car the motor is coming out of.
