347 stroker

Is bore a stock 5.0 block 0.30 and stroking it 3.400 have to much stress on the block. Or would a 331 be less on the block. Has any one have any experience or know anyone with either setup. Also can I run gt-40 heads that are 64cc chambers. With 30 lb injectors and a bigger maf. I'm looking on getting 400 or close to that hp wise. Any ideas?

The 331 would be a better choice because it has a better rod/stroke ratio and doesn't scrub the piston walls quite as much.
My younger brother built a 331 and he's very happy with it. Not sure how much HP it makes as it has not been dynoed yet.

You can run the GT40 heads, but you will be much happier with the AFR 165's. There is an article (maybe in MM&FF Mag) where they added the AFR 165s to a mildly built 5.0 and gained 100 HP.
You may or may not need the 30 lb injectors depending on how much HP you develop. The bigger MAF would be a plus. Take a look at the ABACO MAFs. They can be tuned on your PC or laptop to work with almost any size injectors.
