Could have done like mine and fried the ECM, worst case scenario of course.

I had mine rebuilt. Normally runs about 80-130 depending on which store you go to but they all go to the same place. Never priced a new one. It's not likely you did fry it but it's easy to check.

wuts the fuel pressure set at? 30lbs injectors may be large for that set-up (possibly why it had to be tuned). i think 24lbs injectors may be better.

just my two cents. i would start with the fuel pressure first.

Well thTs the first thing I checked the cap and rotor looked a little beat changed that and all other ignition parts are fine. I am almost positive it's the alternator I have a 190 fuel pump after market radio that's draws some power and power windows and and the alternator is prolly 10 years old and I have mug cell phone plugged in charging I guess it's time to upgrade to 3G

30 second wit my grinder and 15buks at the junkyard and I upgraded to a 3g. U definatley need to upgrade, but I think ur surging is n tuning, not voltage. But da alternator would b a great place to start suppose.

Isn't that fun? That happened to me I was pissed. In my case I had a large vacuum leak at my firewall and my idol was off along with my maf sensor, that had to be tuned. Your making progress!
