Bellhousing block mounts

It a 302 block bored.040 just too it down to block and noticed that the bellhousing bolt hole furthest on passenger side is cracked. Is the block garbage? I think it happened during transportation. It now bolted to the engine stand. Cab I keep it and rebuild the rest of the block is mint

.040 is .010 over the largest recommended over bore of .030 for a factory 5.0 block.
It should be ok for a stock rebuild, but I wouldn't use it in a performance application.

As Trojan said. If your going with stockish build you'll be fine. I've run a mustang for a couple years with one bolt missing for the same reason.
