95 gt fuel issue

Bought my 95 gt a fe weeks ago and the previous owner said he replaced the fuel pump but when there is a quarter tank or less and I go around a right hand turn it cuts out from fuel loss also if I give it full throttle it acts as if its not getting enough fuel I need help

Try replacing fuel filter first. It's cheap and easy to replace.

I'm not really sure but I would change out the filter before I ever thought about dropping the fuel tank.

I wonder if the "sump" panels inside the tank have broken loose or if the pump was installed correctly?
I'd take the tank out, remove the pump and double check everything just to be sure.

The body style runs from 94-98, but I don't know if the internals are the same on the 96-98 models with the mod motors.
Check on new tanks, they will usually give you a range of what they will fit.

Fuel is sloshing away from the tank pickup/fuel sock or a delivery inlet or outlet somewhere in the system. If not the tank or filter, I am at a loss as to where else for you to look. The only cure I suppose is to keep it filled to above the 1/4 tank level.

Highly unlikely but what about a fuel line close to moving parts?like a flexible fuel line close to tie rod getting kinked.I know this is out there but just an idea

If you drop your tank-GET a filler tube GASKET. Chances are it will break. It's ford order only. Took me a week and a half to finish my fuel pump cause of that.

It almost has to be the baffles in the tank or the sock collapsing.

I believe you, but there just doesn't seem to be anything else that could cause the issue you describe.

Were the pump and suction tube firmly fastened?
Is the tank bent in on the bottom anywheres?

If everything TH said. Checks out is has to be bad/loose fuel pump or relay wiring.
