95 gt cel

I have a cel light on and my car has an 0bd2 port but when I connect the reader it says its unable to communicate with my car is there another way to pulls codes and what can cause this

because ur car is a obd 1 not 2 same port different tools needed

an obd 1 scanner autozone or any parts house should have one

Connector will be under the good, drivers side by the strut tower, should be 2 connectors

What he said. You will have to make a jumper wire and then turn your key on to read the code. The check engine light will flash a certain pattern which will be your code.

Thought it was on passanger side...???

Most are on driver side never hooked up a mustang to the obd1 scanner at my work

mines drive side and didnt read light blinks just got a ford scanner from a friend that checked obd1
