98 explorer

I cam across a 98 explorer . The truck is wrecked but the motor has less miles then mine. It has gt40 heads and a gt40 intake. Runs great can I just thought that into my 95. I'm a bit concerned since it doesn't have a dist it has one of those dist boxes . Any concerns or problems I might have

If you're gonna swap the motors you're probably gonna have to swap over the wire harness and ECM.

That sounds like a problem in the making maybe I should just peel the head and intake off it and call it a day

That would probably be more feasible.

There should be a provision for a distributor in the block. You would still want to change out the stock can though, so heads and intake still would have to come off. The cams in those motors are for bottom end torque and not much else.
