2 questions on brakes.

Hi everyone, this is my first post. Hopefully someone can help me. I have an 88 GT and am doing a 5 lug swap. I have all the goodies for the front (sn95 spindles, rotors, calipers) I have stock length rear 5 lug axles out of 2 rangers. When I bought the car I got a rear disc conversion with it missing some part. My first question is, I plan on getting mid 80s turbo coupe rear rotors and pads. Is that correct? Second question is, it is missing e-brake cables. Would I get 93 cobra w/disc brake cables? Last question, would I need to get a different distribution block for the brake booster to flow enough fluid to have enough power for the rear calipers or will the stock block work? Hope someone has done this or knows someone who has. Thanks.

You can use the rear brakes from an 80's SVO. Or I believe you can use the Lincoln
Mark VII brakes. Yes u would need a different master cylinder than The one u have I'm sure someone will chime in with better info.

Ok you are saying the SVO or lincoln rotors and pads? I have the calipers and mounting hardware. Would the master cylinder off the SVO or lincoln work also? If so that would be easy.

Yes the master cylinder will work from those cars. Remember Saleen used the braking system from the 84 SVO mustang for there 87-93 fox bodies
